Our entire facility is temperature controlled and protected by smoke, fire, and security alarms as well as a 32-camera security system which can be accessed by management remotely. All areas have individual storage space for your pet's food and belongings. Each suite is thoroughly disinfected between every guest and outfitted with blankets, a raised bed, and stainless steel bowls for your pup's comfort. We have TVs and radios spaced throughout the building to create ambient noise and a calm, comforting environment for your furry family member.
Unlike many facilities, we don't charge different prices based on the size/type of room your dog boards in. Instead, we learn about your dog's individual needs and assign them a room accordingly. Older dogs may need to be housed closer to the yards to cut down on the distance they're required to walk, puppies may need to be moved to one of our prefabricated rooms to avoid them teething on our wooden doors, and some dogs just have a preferred room/area. We learn each guest's individual quirks and preferences and denote it on their profiles so we can ensure everyone is as happy and comfortable as possible.
We have 4 split rooms where multiple dogs within the same family can be boarded separately but still receive our multi-dog discount. This is ideal for dogs who cannot eat, sleep, and/or interact together without supervision. These rooms tend to get booked up quickly, so if your dogs require this special accommodation, please reserve early!
Abode
This is our most versatile area, with suites ranging from 24 to 70+ square feet. We are able to accommodate families of various sizes and needs. The Abode also hosts our Sunroom which gives pups an opportunity to bird/people watch outside and run off some steam! We like to reserve the sunroom for extra playtime, our monthly activities, or for anxious pups.
Bungalow & Cottage
With suites ranging from 54 to 90 square feet, the Bungalow is typically reserved for our large singles/pairs or families with multiple pups.
Our Cottage rooms range from 30 to 60 square feet, and are perfect for small-medium pairs or medium-large singles.
These suites all sport Dutch doors so your pup can take a peek over for treats and extra attention from our kennel technicians as they're passing by.
Island & Oasis
We have 2 sets of freestanding suites which are perfect for dogs who chew/jump the doors of our regular rooms. The bottom portion of the panels dividing these suites are solid for privacy and create a den-like environment to help calm our guests. They have a built-in feeder system and we can even house multiples together or separately in our split rooms.
Village
Our Village rooms are designed specifically for small breeds. They create a perfect, den-like environment for our smaller guests, who typically prefer a quieter boarding experience.
In the center of this area is our playground, which is utilized for extra playtime, fun activities, and one-on-one attention from our kennel technicians (we also use it as a potty area when the weather is poor).
